JEI BM2A Pneumatic De-Burring Tool

This small and compact pneumatic de-burring tool is designed to deburr and round off steel edges, providing a smooth edge on plates and profiles. The MB2A is also available as a paint-ready radius edge plate bevelling solution with an ability to produce an r1.5 radius. This means this tool can conform to new EN 1090 & EN-ISO 12944 directives that recommend a soft or radius edge on steel pieces before painting to prevent rust build up on sharp edges. With its ability to create a perfect radius in just one pass, this tool can save time and money compared to traditional grinding methods. Includes Hex Wrench, Flat Torx Wrench, Spanner Wrench, Insert Screw x3 and Standard Milling Insert.
